HONDA PETCOCK REBUILD KIT
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! This is a rebuild kit, not the complete petcock. Don’t be fooled by copycats selling kits with parts made in China. We are the original seller of this kit using better than OEM upgraded parts made from Viton, the most fuel proof rubber available.  Look at the history.  Go with the proven leader!
Honda made these petcocks sealed shut. It is riveted shut so you can’t replace the packing gasket and a new OEM petcock will cost about $150. We have finally solved this problem! With a little bit of know-how, you can rebuild your petcock.
You will have to drill off the rivet heads that hold on the lever retaining plate and tap 3mm x .5mm treads for the Allen head stainless steel cap screws that are included.
This kit includes:
4-Hole Packing gasket
Bowl gasket(Note:Some petcocks do not have a bowl)
Lever gasket
Filter/Mounting gasket
2 Allen Head Stainless Steel Screws
Only the gaskets and screws are included. Some applications do not have a bowl. Petcock parts are only shown for reference as to how the seals relate to them. If you are not experienced in doing this type of work, this may not be for you.
